6.- MÉCATRONIQUE ET AUTOMATISME

Mécatronique et Automatisation sont les domaines de l'ingénierie axés sur l'étude et le développement de machines pour mettre en œuvre des processus autonomes et intelligentsindustriels par ordinateur et électroniquecommande. Ces machines sont conçues pour augmenter le contrôle et la productivité d'un processus industriel, en plus de faciliter le travail de l'être humain. Le contrôle de mouvement des machines et des actionneurs, le contrôle en temps réel des variables d'un processus et le automatisation PLC augmentent l'agilité et l'efficacité en ce qui concerne la production d'une machine, et réduisent toutes les actions qui n'ajoutent pas de valeur au produit final ou ne prolongent pas les processus.

Le besoin de l'industrie de automatiser les processus industriels actuels a permis le développement d'éléments de contrôle, tels que Contrôleurs Logiques Programmables (PLC), qui augmentent la vitesse et l'efficacité des processus simples et des processus industriels complets. L'incorporation de robots d'assemblage dans les lignes d'assemblage a augmenté le volume de travail et l'adaptation à la production. En outre, les technologies Motion Control, telles que les servomoteurs, permettent d'effectuer des mouvements précis à des positions spécifiques, de contrôler la vitesse ou le couple.
