7.- MÉCANIQUE

Mécanique est la discipline scientifique qui étudie les phénomènes physiques qui affectent les éléments de la nature. Bien qu'elle soit appelée mécanique, elle comprend en fait à la fois la mécanique classique et la mécanique quantique, qui sont deux des piliers fondamentaux de la physique moderne.

Mécanique classique traite de l'étude du corps rigide ainsi que des systèmes d'un nombre fini ou infini (milieu continu) de degrés de liberté, tandis que mécanique quantique étudie les systèmes de petite ou petite échelle énergie.

Comme dans toute science expérimentale, chaque étude mécanique d'un corps implique un processus analyse, d'un point de vue physique et mathématique, et expérimentation. Mais, contrairement à d'autres disciplines scientifiques, en mécanique, il n'est pas si complexe d'étudier le comportement théorique interprété dans un système réel.

Grâce aux contributions de nombreux scientifiques, tels que Newton, Lagrange, Hamilton ou Schrödinger, il est possible d'établir certaines lois fondamentales ou certains principes de la mécanique:

  • Lois de Newton.
  • Principe de conservation de l'élan.
  • Principe d'économie d'énergie.
  • Principe de conservation du moment angulaire (ou cinétique) et équation fondamentale de la dynamique de rotation.

Vu l'extension de son domaine d'étude, il convient de mentionner les domaines les plus représentatifs:

  • Ingénierie.
  • Statistiques.
  • Dynamique.
  • Mécanique des fluides.
  • Thermodynamique et transfert de chaleur.
  • Science, élasticité et résistance des matériaux.
  • Analyse numérique (méthode des éléments finis).

En raison de l'évolution constante de la industrie, les branches de la ingénierie mécanique, ingénierie automobile et automobile, calcul des structures, développement des machines, ainsi que leur installation et maintenance, sont les plus développées aujourd'hui.
