AE-PLC-MEMB Station d'Embouteillage

The "AE-PLC-MEMB" is a bottling workstation commanded by a PLC that provides pieces to the system and mount them inside of the base pieces.

The "AE-PLC-MEMB" transport the input bottles, to the filling area. In this zone, the "AE-PLC-MEMB" fills each bottle by controlling a solenoid valve and a pump. Finally, the "AE-PLC-MEMB" cap the bottles, and transport the bottles to the exit area. The "AE-PLC-MEMB" has one reservoir tank and a buffer tank to provide liquid to the bottle filler of the unit.

The "AE-PLC-MEMB" workstation is designed as a modular system to facilitate the understanding of the unit. The main components are:

• The PLC: is composed by an AE-PLCB (with HMI devices, analog and digital input/output, etc.) unit and all the extra modules needed to perform a correct working of the workstation.
• The control panel: with start/stop button, emergency push button, reset button, light indicators to show current state of the process, etc.
• The workstation: is composed by real industrial components used by the industrial feeder systems such as reed sensors, presence sensors, electric pump, solenoid valve, etc.

The "AE-PLC-MEMB" is an independent workstation that can work alone and/or in conjunction with other workstation to make up acomplete Flexible Manufacturing system*.
