The Heat Pump for different Heat Sources and Heat Exchangers, "HPSE", represents the typical compressor compression refrigeration plant. The compressor is of the scroll type, which is a positive displacement compressor.

The evaporator and condenser are plate heat exchangers and the expansion element is a thermostatic expansion valve.

It includes a programmable heating controller that allows the management and control of the complete heat pump.

For the development of energy balances and to calculate the amount of heat transferred, temperature, pressure and flow sensors are provided at key points in the circuit.

Both the evaporator and condenser can be connected to different heat sources and heat exchangers to analyze and study the advantages and disadvantages of different systems.

As a safety feature, the unit is equipped with a pressure switch, which stops the compressor if the pressure is high.
