6.2.- AUTOMATISATION PLC

Automatisation est l'utilisation de systèmes informatiséset électromécaniques pour contrôler les machines et processus industriels. Un des éléments qui peuvent automatiser et contrôler les processus est le Contrôleurs logiques programmables (PLC). Un PLC est un petit ordinateur industriel conçu pour travailler dans des environnements industriels et automatiser des processus électromécaniques. Les API sont capables de contrôler à partir de petits postes de travail des processus industriels complets en fonction des données qu'ils reçoivent de capteurs numériques et analogiques et de commutateurs.

La tendance actuelle du monde industriel et l'automatisation est la mise en œuvre d'un système Industrie 4.0 où les systèmes SCADA et la surveillance des processus sur les tablettes ou les appareils mobiles gagnent en pertinence. La communication en temps réel Ethernet pour le contrôle et la coordination des machines permet des solutions plus flexibles et plus rapides pour un processus de fabrication. Une autre tendance de l'industrie est l'utilisation de systèmes robots et robots collaboratifs, capables de travailler de manière synchronisée avec les opérateurs, ce qui augmente l'efficacité des processus et de la productivité.

Dans l'avenir immédiat, l'objectif est d'intégrer le concept de Industry 4.0 avec le concept de Technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC) pour faire bon usage des avantages de IoT (Internet des choses), processus gestion des données(Grosse données) et stockage dans le nuage(Cloud) pour une interconnexion mondiale des systèmes et dispositifs de production industrielle.
