11.1.- ユニット操作

単位操作とは、化学工業のプロセスで発生する物理的な変化の一つ一つである。彼らは、明らかに異なる操作が実行されますが、ベースは同じですが、異なる化学プロセスの研究から発生します。

これらの操作を3つのタイプで区別しています。

  • 大量輸送です。物質の質量または組成の変化であって、化学的変化を含む場合がある。これらの操作は、蒸留、吸収、吸着、抽出、イオン交換です。これらでは、変化は主に物理的なものです。
  • エネルギー輸送。エネルギーの変化は、例えば、圧力および/または温度の変化による状態の変化を伴うことがある。この分類には蒸発も含まれますが、エネルギー輸送と質量を組み合わせた他の操作(乾燥、凍結乾燥、昇華、結晶化、加湿)も含まれます。
  • 移動量。物質の運動状態の変化。運動変化を伴う操作としては、ろ過、沈殿、浮遊、遠心分離などがあります。

それらはすべて、対応する保存則に基づいて実験的に決定されています。

このような操作は、多くの産業で使用されており、食品産業、エネルギー産業など、応用分野の異なる幅広いプロセスの基礎となっています。
