11.1.- 单元操作

单元操作是指化学工业过程中发生的每一个物理变化。它们产生于对不同化学过程的研究,在这些过程中,表面上进行了不同的操作,但基础是相同的。

我们将这些操作区分为三种类型。

  • 大众运输; 物质的质量或成分的变化,其中可包括化学变化。这些操作有蒸馏、吸收、吸附、萃取和离子交换。在这些变化中,主要是物理变化。
  • 能源运输; 能量的变化,例如,可能涉及由于压力和/或温度的变化而引起的状态变化。这种分类包括蒸发,但也包括其他将能量传输与质量相结合的操作(干燥、冷冻干燥、升华、结晶、加湿)。
  • 运动量。物质动力学条件的变化。涉及动力学变化的操作有过滤、沉淀、浮选和离心。

都是根据相应的守恒定律进行实验的。

这类操作在很多行业中都有应用,是不同领域应用的基础,如食品工业、能源工业等。
