14.1.- 生物力学

生物力学研究的是生物体的运动力学,包括人体的运动。这个研究范围从日常生活中最简单的动作,如工作或运动中的活动,到一些内部器官的运动,如心脏。为了研究人体的动力学,生物力学应用力学原理和解剖学和生理学知识,允许设计新的诊断和治疗仪器,开发更好的假肢和植入物设计。

现在,生物力学分析的是关节和肌肉组合的不同运动。通过这些分析,可以研究人体所受的载荷和应力。对人体动力学的了解使治疗损伤和随后的康复成为可能,使设计能够灵活移动的假肢成为可能,使寻找新的运动技术以提高体育活动的成绩或防止在工作和家庭中进行活动时有机体的退化成为可能。所有这些知识可以分为生物力学的几个领域:医学生物力学、运动生物力学和职业生物力学。生物力学的另一个应用是机器人应用的设计。机械臂所做的动作或部分机械臂通过机电运动系统的位移能力是基于生物的力学原理。

对生物体机械行为的不断研究,引领生物力学应用发展仿生假肢和人造生物体,模拟真实生物体的正常功能,并能对刺激作出反应。此外,外骨骼技术的改进,将使行动不便的人在进行重体力活动时有可能增加行动能力,提高体能。
