The Maintenance Kit containing Refrigerant Filling and Evacuation Module, "T/KIT3", is a unit capable of transferring the refrigerant gas from the cooling system to the appropriate cylinder. This recovery unit can work with a wide range of refrigerants: CFC, HCFC, HFC and HFO.
This recovery unit has a series of sockets that are connected to the lines of the refrigerant circuit to be recovered. The suction gas reaches the dry piston compressor where the gas pressure is increased to favor the subsequent condensation stage, although the unit can also work with liquid refrigerants, which evaporate so that the compressor can continue working. The gas is condensed and stored in the recovery tank.
The recovery process can be performed directly on the gas or liquid refrigerant, being slower if it is gas, or by the push-pull method in which a vapor produced in the recovery unit itself is used to push the refrigerant out of the refrigeration system.
The "T/KIT3" kit incorporates an automatic blocking system when too high pressures are reached and a light signal that indicates the end of the recovery process.
