6.1.- MECHATRONIK

Mechatronik ist der Bereich der Ingenieurwissenschaften, der Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik und Computertechnik umfasst. Das Hauptziel von Mechatronik ist die Automatisierung von Maschinen. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, hat die Automations-Industrieelektromechanische und computergestützte Systeme entwickelt, um eine optimale Kontrolle ihrer industriellen Prozesse zu haben. Mathematische Modelle zur Entwicklung von Systemen mit gewünschtem Verhalten erhält man mit der Steuerelektronik.

Heutzutage versucht Mechatronik die Mechanismen zu verbessern, um einen kontrollierten und autonomen Betrieb zu erreichen, Entwurf von PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivativ-Regler) Regelung Algorithmen zur Durchführung von Rückkopplungsregelung und Anwendung von optimaler Regelung, Prädiktive Regelung und nichtlinearer Regelung Techniken. All diese Regelungstechniken werden auf die Regelung von Variablen von Temperatur, Durchfluss, Druck usw. unter Verwendung von Industrieinstrumenten.

Die kontinuierliche Innovation und Verbesserung der Technologie führt Mechatronik zum Entwurf komplexerer und ausgefeilterer Mechanismen mit besseren Eigenschaften und einer großen Steuerungskapazität. Sie können automatisierte Prozesse durch pneumatische und elektropneumatische Betätigung ausführen, wodurch schnelle und sich wiederholende Bewegungen erzielt werden, oder hydraulische oder elektrohydraulische Betätigung, Erzielung großer Drehmomente, präzise und schnell Bewegungssteuerung durch ServomotorTechnologie und kostengünstige Industrielle Instrumentierung, mit großartigen Eigenschaften und anwendbar in einer neuen Industrie 4.0.
