8.1.- LABORATÓRIO MODULAR DE MECÂNICA DE FLUIDOS

A Hidráulica é o ramo da ciência que lida com as propriedades mecânicas dos fluidos e a Mecânica dos Fluidos é a base da Hidráulica. EDIBON tenta dar uma resposta, de uma forma simples e prática, à exigência académica de ensinar e aprender a base da Mecânica dos Fluidos. Para este fim, dispõe de um sistema flexível e modular para a aprendizagem da Mecânica Básica dos Fluidos.

Com a série de módulos propostos, os estudantes realizam experiências que lhes mostram claramente as leis da Hidráulica. Com estas experiências, os estudantes adquirem experiência na utilização de instrumentos e ferramentas hidráulicas de uma forma natural, agradável e descomplicada.

O equipamento incluído no laboratório de mecânica de fluidos permite aos estudantes efectuar caracterizações de fluidos, medições e controlo do fluxo de fluidos, estudos dos principais fenómenos e princípios que regem a mecânica de fluidos, e conhecer representações de equipamento amplamente utilizado na indústria.
