VPCG Equipamento de Produção de Vácuo para Gases Corrosivos

The Vacuum Production for Corrosive Gases Unit, "VPCG", has been designed by EDIBON for the extraction of gases from the interior of certain unit or systems to generate vacuum to EDIBON unit, mainly to those whose process is corrosive.

Vacuum pumps extract gas from a vessel or system that is at a lower pressure than atmospheric pressure, compress this gas and discharge it at atmospheric pressure.

The "VPCG" contains the vacuum components, i.e. a vacuum pump and a condensate trap to prevent liquid from entering the pump circuit and damaging the pump. The "VPCG" unit also contains a manual valve to empty the condensate trap if necessary. In addition, it includes a 10 mm fitting connection for Teflon tubing.
