4.2.- OTOMASI RUMAH DAN BANGUNAN

Otomatisasi rumah dan otomatisasi bangunan adalah teknologi yang berfokus pada otomatisasi rumah dan gedung. Teknologi menawarkan banyak kemungkinan, di antara yang paling penting satu: manajemen energi cerdas, keamanan kontrol terhadap intrusi dan kebakaran, kontrol pencahayaan, tirai kontrol, kontrol iklim dan kontrol akses.

Otomatisasi rumah adalah teknologi yang bertanggung jawab atas otomatisasi rumah, menjadikannya sistem pintar, sedangkan otomatisasi bangunan adalah otomatisasi teknologi diterapkan pada bangunan. Ini memiliki tujuan yang sama dengan otomatisasi rumah tetapi diterapkan pada skala yang lebih besar, menghasilkan bangunan pintar. Kedua teknologi tersebut didasarkan pada protokol perangkat lunak dan komunikasi yang terintegrasi melalui jaringan berkabel atau nirkabel (Zig-Bee) untuk kontrol dan pengelolaan perangkat (perangkat keras).

Ada standar komunikasi yang berbeda untuk pengembangan sistem otomasi rumah dan gedung. Saat ini, yang paling banyak digunakan adalah KNX-EIB, LONworks, Z-WAVE dan BacNet protokol. Dalam pencahayaan, penekanan khusus harus diberikan pada sistem kontrol DALI. Semua sistem ini memiliki perangkat lunak pemrograman sendiri dengan sensor dan misalnya: sensor kehadiran, sensor jarak, sensor cahaya, sensor suhu, sensor penghalang, sensor retinal, sensor inframerah, sensor konduktivitas untuk mendeteksi kebocoran air, sensor gas, sensor karbon monoksida, sensor pemecah kaca, sensor magnetis untuk pintu dan jendela, sensor untuk mengukur konsumsi energi, dll. Dengan pemrograman perangkat lunak, dimungkinkan untuk membuat skenario berbeda yang menghubungkan perangkat ini dengan aktuator yang berbeda, seperti katup solenoid air, katup solenoid gas, dimmer untuk mengontrol kecerahan cahaya, peringatan akustik perangkat untuk alarm pencuri atau alarm kebakaran, perangkat dengan keluaran biner, dll.

Sensor yang paling umum digunakan di pasaran adalah,misalnya: sensor kehadiran, sensor jarak, sensor cahaya, sensor suhu, sensor penghalang, sensor retinal, sensor inframerah, sensor konduktivitas untuk mendeteksi kebocoran air, sensor gas, sensor karbon monoksida, sensor pemecah kaca, sensor magnetis untuk pintu dan jendela, sensor untuk mengukur konsumsi energi, dll. Dengan pemrograman perangkat lunak, dimungkinkan untuk membuat skenario berbeda yang menghubungkan perangkat ini dengan aktuator yang berbeda, seperti katup solenoid air, katup solenoid gas, dimmer untuk mengontrol kecerahan cahaya, peringatan akustik perangkat untuk alarm pencuri atau alarm kebakaran, perangkat dengan keluaran biner, dll.
