9.2.- PEMANASAN, VENTILASI, AC DAN AIR PANAS

Kondisi lingkungan tertentu dibutuhkan dalam banyak situasi kehidupan, misalnya, dalam lingkungan industri, rumah atau rumah kaca. Menurut persyaratan, udara parameter dapat dimodifikasi dengan bantuan peralatan khusus.

Dalam kondisi normal, udara memiliki kandungan massa sekitar 23% oksigen, 76% nitrogen dan 1% gas dan uap. Di antara gas dan uap yang paling penting adalah uap air. Meskipun proporsinya sangat kecil, ini sangat penting dalam laju penguapan permukaan dan material basah.

Sistem AC dan ventilasi mengubah kelembaban udara dan parameter lainnya, seperti suhu dan tekanan.

Karena parameter udara diubah, sistem pemanas air digunakan untuk mendapatkan kondisi tertentu.

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, air dapat dipanaskan untuk tujuan sanitasi (kamar mandi, pancuran) dan untuk tujuan pembersihan lainnya atau untuk pemanas. Menurut penggunaannya nanti, air dikondisikan dengan sistem pemanas.

Sanitasi dapat disiapkan dengan dua cara:

  • Dengan penyimpanan: air panas disimpan dalam tangki untuk keperluan yang dimaksudkan.
  • Dengan pemanasan sesaat: air mengalir melalui kumparan yang dipanaskan langsung oleh api atau penukar panas.

Sistem pemanas menaikkan atau mempertahankan suhu udara. Ini terdiri dari tiga bagian:

  • Sistem pembangkitan panas: dapat berupa boiler bahan bakar, sistem yang dioperasikan oleh elemen pemanas atau sistem lain.
  • Sistem distribusi: pipa tempat air atau udara panas mengalir.
  • Sistem emisi: radiator, kisi-kisi, elemen pasokan khusus.

Metode pemanasan air apa pun, apa pun penggunaannya, harus dievaluasi, karena variabilitas efisiensi energi sangat besar.
