일반적인 설명

The Energy Losses in Pipes Unit, "FME07", designed by EDIBON, allows the study of energy loss in liquid flow through pipes, providing a detailed analysis of how hydraulic resistance, caused by friction and circuit characteristics, affects fluid transport efficiency. Its design facilitates the measurement and comparison of pressure losses under different flow conditions, making it essential for optimizing industrial processes involving fluid transport. The inlet flow is supplied through the Hydraulic Bench, "FME00", or the Basic Hydraulic Feed System, "FME00/B".

The FME07 features a metal test pipe with an outer diameter of 6 mm and an inner diameter of 4 mm, equipped with a quick connector for easy connection to the hydraulic system’s water outlet. For precise measurement of pressure losses, the unit includes a differential water column manometer, two Bourdon-type pressure gauges, and a constant height tank, allowing students to analyze pressure variations and evaluate flow behavior under different operating conditions.
