열교환 기는 두 유체간에 열을 전달하도록 설계된 기계 장비입니다. 열은 유체 접촉이나 열을 분리하는 단단한 장벽을 통해 전달 될 수 있습니다. 공조, 냉장, 공조 시스템 등의 기본 요소입니다.

직접 접촉 식 열교환 기는 두 흐름의 마찰에 의해 열이 전달되는 열교환 기입니다. 이러한 유형의 교환기는 이송 공정 후 냉각탑과 같이 유체를 쉽게 분리 할 수있는 경우에 사용됩니다.

간접 접촉 열교환기에는 두 유체를 분리하는 분할 벽이있어 대류 및 전도에 의한 열 전달을 생성합니다. 간접 접촉 교환기에는 두 개의 하위 그룹이 있습니다.

  • 대안 : 유체가 교대로 동일한 공간을 통과합니다. 뜨거운 유체는 표면으로 열을 전달하고 접촉시 추위에 흡수됩니다.
  • 표면 : 열은 유체를 분리하는 단단한 장벽을 통해 전달됩니다. 모든 유형의 시스템에서 가장 널리 퍼져 있습니다. 분리 표면에 따라 다음이 될 수 있습니다.
  • 판형 열교환 기 : 분할 표면은 평평한 벽입니다.
  • 튜브 열교환 기 : 분리 표면은 튜브의 벽입니다. 유체는 내부를 순환하고 다른 튜브는 다른 유체가 순환하는 외부에 배치됩니다. 전류의 방향에 따라 등 전류 또는 역류가 될 수 있습니다.

구조를 살펴보면 열 교환기의 구성이 무수히 많지만 가장 일반적인 것은 튜브 쉘, 동심 튜브 및 플레이트입니다.

공조 시스템 외에도 모든 산업 분야에 열교환 기가 있습니다. 몇 가지 예로는 해양, 표면 처리, 식품, 화학 및 원자력 발전소가 있습니다.
